The Lehigh Acres Community Park surrounds the pool. Approximately one-year after opening, a heating system was added to keep water temperatures constant. For more information about the Swim Florida program call (239) 565-4532 or visit their website at The Lehigh Acres Community Pool was opened in November of 1986 located at the corner of West 5th St. The pool is home to Swim Florida which is a competitive youth swim team. The learn to Swim Instructor staff are certified through the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Program. Learn to Swim classes are offered throughout the year for all ages and abilities. Lap lanes are provided for the lap swimmer and Water Exercise and Arthritis Foundation classes are offered throughout the year on weekdays. The Lehigh Acres Community Pool is a 169,800 gallons, eight lane heated pool that is open year-round. The pool pavilion is available to rent, the cost is $25 for a full day. Senior discount pool passes are available at the pool.Six-month and One-year pool passes are also available for the family or individual.We offer a variety of swimming lessons for all ages, Just give us a call or stop by for more information. We are compliant with all ADA regulations along with a chair lift for anyone who needs easier accessibility to the pool. The pool is heated during the winter months where we try to maintain a water temperature between 84-86 degrees. Refunds will not be issued for closures due to weather. The pool may close due to our lightning policy or if the temperature is under 60 degrees including wind chill. Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult while at the pool.
